How can I change my email address?
- Click here to go to your My Account page.
- Enter the new email address in the designated field and click Save Changes.
How do I renew an old subscription?
- Click here to view your Subscriptions page
- Click View next to your previous subscription, and click Resubscribe to restore your subscription.

How can I update my payment information?
- Click here to go to your Payment Methods page.
- You can then choose to:
- Add Payment Method
- Delete a payment method
- Make Default to choose one payment method as the one you’ll be charged during your next billing cycle.
Why am I not receiving my newsletters?
This can happen for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Expired or incorrect payment method information.
- Accidentally unsubscribing to one of our newsletters.
- Your inbox may be full, preventing our emails from delivering.
If you have an active subscription, filling out this form will fix the issue immediately and you will receive your paid newsletters again as soon as the next ones are sent out.

How can I change which newsletters I receive?
- Click here to go to your Newsletters page, then:
- CHECK newsletters you DO want to receive
- UNCHECK newsletters you DO NOT want to receive
- Click “Update Subscriptions” to finalize your changes.
Can I switch my subscription from monthly to yearly or vice versa?
- Go to your Subscriptions page, and click “View” next to your Active subscription.
- Scroll down until you see the button to click “Upgrade or Downgrade.”
- Then you can switch your subscription from the dropdown menu.

Where can I access Soccer America archives?
We are currently working to compile our complete archives. You can currently access digital web content from 2010-present as well as print issues from 1971-1974 and 1993-2003.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Please go to www.socceramerica.com/gift and enter your details there. Gift subscriptions may take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled, but you and the recipient will receive confirmation immediately.
Can I buy bulk subscriptions for a group or organization?
Yes. Please contact doug@socceramerica.com for more information.
How can I cancel my subscription?
- Click here to go to your Subscriptions page.
- Click View next to your Active subscription.
- Next to Actions, you will see the option to “Cancel.”
Once you cancel, you will still have access to your account and will continue receiving newsletters for the remainder of the month or year that you paid for.
Can I wipe my data completely from your system?
Yes. If you would like to remove your data completely, you can log in and go to your My Account page, and then click “Delete Account.”
Warning: This will remove any record of you in our system. You will lose any history of subscriptions, payments, transactions, comment history, etc.. If you would like to simply cancel your order, please see instructions for account cancelation.
What is your refund policy?
Typically, we will process a full refund if you submit a refund request within 5 days of your purchase or renewal. Please submit your request by emailing us at support@socceramerica.com or by calling us at (347) 762-2640.
If you feel your account has been charged erroneously for any other reason, please contact us immediately so we can look into your account and help to process a refund.
